Restore Your Lips to their original beauty

Lip Augmentation fillers add fullness and soften the appearance of lines around the lips. As we age, we lose the natural collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid that give skin & lips structure and fullness. Lip fillers can be used to enhance lip shape or restore lost fullness.

ThE Process

Lip fillers consist of hyaluronic acid given in an injectable filler to enhance or restore you lip appearance. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring sugar found in your body. When given, it combines with the water in your skin to restore lost fullness, and subtly enhance the lips. We use a smooth formulation for results that look and feel very natural.

Treatment can generally be performed in as little as 30 minutes with minimal recovery or downtime and discomfort. Most patients require only one syringe to achieve the desired results. The results can be seen immediately with some minimal additional swelling in the first few days. Results can last up to 6-9 months.

A portion of this cost may be covered by your dental insurance or health spending account. Our staff will be happy to send an estimate to your insurance to determine coverage.

A natural balanced smile with BOTOX®

There are several different options to correct a gummy smile depending on your individual needs. In some cases, there is excessive gums and aesthetic crown lengthening to expose more of your natural tooth will correct the gummy smile and improve the aesthetics of the teeth. However, if there is not excessive gum tissue and the teeth are already ideal in shape and size, the gummy smile can be addressed using Botox treatment to reduce hypermobility of the lip.

Relaxing the muscles creates a natural balanced smile that exposes less gum tissue. Botox is also effective in treating lip inversions during smiling. This is where the upper lips become very thin and tucks under during smiling. The Botox Lip Flip works by relaxing the overactive muscles around the lip that control the inversion movement during smiling. This can often be done in conjunction with lip fillers to enhance the results. The effect of the Botox in these indications last approximately six months.
